Do you want to enhance your credit control team?

Data Interconnect’s e-credit control is a comprehensive, efficient and highly cost effective solution...

  • Get paid faster
  • Reduce costs
  • Improve customer relations
  • Identify potential bad debts earlier
  • Automated diary management

Data Interconnect’s e-credit control integrates with your existing ERP and accounts system to support and manage your credit control team. Automated diary management and letter sending allows time to be spent more productively and flexible chase strategies ensure optimised performance across the team.

Data Interconnect's e-credit control system is a new approach to automating your credit control operation and ensures consistency of process. It is designed to be totally flexible, so that it enhances the way your team work rather than constraining it.

  • Schedules each Credit Controller's daily calls according to customizable chase paths and priorities.
  • Records the outcome of each call and forces follow up actions.
  • Comprehensive dispute management system incorporating web based communication and resolution history.
  • Flexible enough to accommodate multi-site, multi-level customers. Allows grouping and multiple payment collection points.
  • Automates dunning letter cycles based on the chosen strategy for each customer.
  • Provides management reports including team and individual Key Performance Indicators.
  • Fully hosted and managed web based application.
  • No hidden costs.
  • Low initial investment and monthly management charge.
  • Typical ROI in well under a year.

e-credit control sits outside your ERP or Accounts system, receiving data from it, and if required, sending data back. This means it is very quick to implement and has very little impact on the resources of your IT team. As a web based system there is no additional hardware required. Only a PC with internet access is needed, so even mobile and home workers can operate efficiently and securely.

Each credit controller has a group of accounts allocated to them, however they can still access other accounts if the need arises, such as when dealing with an incoming call.

The system guides them through their daily activity, starting with automated dunning letters (email, fax or post) and actions required on current disputes, before displaying the calls scheduled for the day. Top of the call priority list are those accounts whose promises to pay haven't materialised. As each call is made the result of the call is noted and the next action scheduled. Failed calls are also recorded for performance analysis.
