The DI sales team attended the annual LGA Finance Directors Conference at Smith Square in London, promoting outsourced e-billing for local authorities as a cost saving measure. The presentation was well received and we are now discussing the use of WebSend and William On-line with various local authorities. Interest is focussed on the electronic delivery of council tax and business rate bills but housing departments and associated 'Arms Length Management Organisations' have also shown an interest in electronic document delivery.
