Successful paper merchant PaperCo is extending it's use of the DI WebSend suite to include the Diplomat (dispute resolution) and WebSend-CC (Credit Control) modules. Implementation begins in February and promises improved efficiency in this expanding organisation whose eight divisions now operate from 20 UK locations.
