What's New
You can now track the progress of documents sent by EDI. Progression through the different EDI systems is reported back to Corrivo where it can reviewed. Any failures are reported within the transaction tile on the dashboard for easy identification and resolution.
The customer portal now has a page where the user is able make payment against their invoices. Customers simply select the invoices that they want to fully pay or part-pay and they are re-directed to the preferred payment gateway where a card payment will be processed. Following successful payment, the invoices will be shown on the Corrivo portal as pending until the payment has been reconciled against the invoice, covering the time it takes for the payment to clear and reach your bank account.
We have now extended the Advanced Search function so that it is possible to search for Accounts based on a number of parameters such as ‘all accounts on stop’ or ‘all accounts that receive invoices by post’.
You can now combine documents in a single PDF in an order of your choosing. For example, invoices can be sent with Proof of Delivery documents in one PDF, making it easier for the buyer to review and save documents.
We have introduced a quicker and more convenient way to send multiple documents by email to the same addressee. Just select the documents and type in the email address once and they will all be sent to that address.
Whats Coming
We are working on a providing confirmation of delivery for all emails sent from Corrivo. This way, you will know if the email had been delivered to the customer’s email server and will be notified if it has been rejected.
You can now specify a which chase path an account will be using in your ERP system and this will follow through into Corrivo. You can still apply or change them within Corrivo too.
If your credit team has a group email address, we can now show this on the customer portal instead of named individuals. This way, it’s not always the nominated credit controller for your organisation whose details are shown.
We are in the initial stages of enhancing the reporting capability for Corrivo, especially the Management Information Dashboard. We are very interested in your views on this. What reports would you like to see here? Get in touch and share your ideas.
